How to Request Account Closure
First, check if you have any funds in your balance

If yes, set a 6-month cooldown via: Profile > Player Care > Casino Cooldown
This will block gameplay but allow you to withdraw
Request your withdrawal from your account

Once the withdrawal is made, send an email to: support@smokinslots.com
Use the subject line: “Request to Close My Account”
You must email from the registered address linked to your account
For your security, we can only process closure requests sent from the email tied to your account.
Important Notes
If you have funds to withdraw, we may request KYC documents before closing your account
Once closed, you will not be able to access the account unless eligible to reopen in the future
This is different from Self-Exclusion, which is used to block gambling access for player wellbeing reasons
What Happens to My Data
We retain some account information after closure to meet legal and regulatory obligations, including:
Anti-money laundering laws
Responsible Gaming monitoring
Fraud prevention
Your data is stored securely and is not used for marketing after your account is closed.
