How to Withdraw Before Self-Exclusion
Before we apply a permanent self-exclusion, follow these steps:
Log in to your account

Set a 6-month cooldown by going to: Profile > Player Care > Casino Cooldown
This temporarily blocks gameplay but still allows access to withdrawals
Go to: Profile > Withdrawal
Request your withdrawal
Once your withdrawal request is submitted, our team will:
Assist with any required KYC verification
Confirm when the funds have been processed
Only then apply permanent self-exclusion and deactivate your account
To proceed with self-exclusion, email: support@smokinslots.com (must be sent from your registered email address)
After Self-Exclusion Is Applied
Once your account is deactivated:
You will no longer be able to log in
Deposits and gameplay will be permanently blocked
Withdrawals can only be completed via email with support if you missed the steps above
KYC verification will still be required if it has not already been completed
Your Funds Are Protected
We recommend that you:
Set a cooldown first
Withdraw any balance
Complete KYC if needed
This ensures the process is smooth and protects both you and your funds under CuraƧao licensing obligations.
