Sometimes a bet won’t settle the way you expected — it might be marked as lost or voided. Here’s what each one means, and the most common reasons it happens.
Losing a Bet – What It Means
A bet is considered lost when the outcome you called didn’t come through.
Examples:
You bet on Barcelona to win, but they draw → Lost
You bet Over 2.5 Goals, but the match ends 1–1 (2 goals total) → Lost
Always check the final result and the market rules (e.g. whether extra time counts) before ridin’ off.
What Does “Void” Mean?
A void bet means your wager’s been cancelled and your stake is returned — like the hand never got dealt.
Common reasons include:
Match cancelled or postponed – Event abandoned or not completed in time.
Player didn’t participate – Example: betting on a goal scorer who never saddled up to play.
Technical or duplicate error – Rare, but system issues or duplicates can lead to voids.
When a bet is voided, your stake is refunded — usually right after the event wraps up.
Combo and System Bets
In a Combo Bet, if one selection is void, it’s simply removed — the rest keep ridin’.
In a System Bet, void selections are removed too, and the remaining combos settle as normal.
Unexpected Outcome?
If you reckon your bet was settled wrong:
Check the official match result and stats.
Review the market rules for that bet.
Confirm whether the player or team actually took part.
