How to Set a Cooldown

1. Click your Profile icon in the top right corner

2. Go to Player Care

3. Scroll down to Casino Cooldown

4. Choose the duration you want

5. Click Confirm Timeout

Your cooldown starts right away.

Cooldown Options Available

You can choose a break of:

• 1 day

• 3 days

• 1 week

• 1 month

• 3 months

• 6 months

There is no limit on how often you can take a cooldown, so use it anytime you need a little space.

What Happens During a Cooldown

• You can still log in and view your account, balance, and settings

• You cannot deposit, play games, or claim bonuses during this time

• A cooldown cannot be ended early — it will expire automatically after the set period
