During a Cooldown
A cooldown is a temporary break you set for yourself, anywhere from 1 day to 6 months.
What happens to your data:
Your account stays active but is locked from deposits or gameplay
You can still log in, view your balance, and check your account details
Your personal data remains securely stored
We stop sending marketing emails during this time
Once the cooldown ends, your access is restored automatically so you can resume play if you wish
During a Self-Exclusion
A self-exclusion is a long-term or permanent block placed on your account.
What happens to your data:
Your account is deactivated and cannot be reopened during the exclusion
You will not receive marketing or promotional communications

Please note: Your data cannot be deleted immediately after self-exclusion due to legal requirements, but it will no longer be used for marketing or gameplay.
