1. Log in to your SmokinSlots account

2. Click your Profile icon in the top right corner

3. Select Verification

4. Click the Upload Document button

5. Choose the document type from the dropdown

6. Upload your file and you are done

Accepted File Types and Sizes

We accept:

• JPG

• PNG

• PDF

Maximum file size: 5MB per document

• Upload one file at a time

• Do not send zipped folders

• Make sure documents are in color, clear, and fully visible with all corners showing

What Happens Next

Once uploaded, our team will review your documents as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.
During busy periods, please allow up to 48 hours for verification.
