Common Reasons Your Documents Might Be Rejected
Blurry or Unreadable Image
If the text or photo is not clear, we cannot verify it. You will need to upload a clearer version.
Cropped Document or Missing Corners
All four edges of the document must be visible. We need the full document to approve it.
Expired ID
We cannot accept expired documents. Make sure your ID is valid and up to date.
Mismatched Address or Name
If the name or address on your document does not match your SmokinSlots account, we cannot verify it. You will need to provide updated documentation that matches your account details and, if necessary, include a short explanation such as a recent move or name change.
How to Fix and Re-Upload
Take a new photo in good lighting with a plain background
Double-check that your document is valid and current
Make sure the file you upload matches what was requested, for example Proof of ID instead of Proof of Address
Ready to Try Again
Log in to your SmokinSlots account
Go to Profile > Verification
Re-upload the updated document under the correct category
