How to Cancel a Withdrawal

Howdy, partner — changed your mind or spotted something wrong in your withdrawal details? If your request has not been processed yet, you may be able to cancel it right from your SmokinSlots account.

Step 1: Go to the Withdrawal Tab

1. Log in to your SmokinSlots account

2. Click Profile > Player > Withdrawal

3. Here you can view, track, or cancel any pending withdrawal requests

Step 2: Select Cancel (If Available)

1. Locate the pending withdrawal at the top of the page

2. On the right-hand side, click the Cancel button next to the transaction

3. A message will confirm: “Transaction canceled”

4. Funds will immediately return to your SmokinSlots balance, and you can either re-submit a withdrawal or keep on playing

Important to Know

• Withdrawals can only be cancelled before they are processed by our Payments Team

• If the cancel option is no longer visible, the withdrawal is already being handled and cannot be reversed

• Cancelling a withdrawal does not affect your ability to make another withdrawal later

Tip: Make Sure You Are Verified

To avoid delays, make sure your account is fully verified before submitting any new withdrawal requests.
